If someone draws kiddie porn, it’s perfectly legal (although fucking disgusting) but still legal, even if they used a kid they saw while shooing for groceries. AI is being treated the same way, it’s generating (drawing) based on what it’s learned, the same way a pedo creeper would.

So to approach AI generated pedo porn being illegal you’d need to approach drawing it is illegal, in which case it would be nearly impossible. Since (someone) drew it they could always argue that they just look young and there’s no real way to prove it unless they outright admit it, which isn’t happening.

Like I said, the shit is fucked up, but LEGALLY it’s legal and a grey area at best no matter how anyone feels about it.

I guess YMMV. I have 6 lines and I’ve traded in phones worth $200 on eBay for $1200 credit which is insane. I’ve never had them say they were damaged and do any bullshit.
