i was in my twenties before someone pointed out that my sudden severe stomach cramps and nausea are not, in fact, normal hunger pangs. i was floored. i have always gome from feeling fine to feeling like i am on deaths door, i even throw up sometimes

one thing that has helped a lot, when i do forget to eat and am nauseous, is heating up some water and adding Better Than Bullion chicken paste and drinking it like broth. it gets something in my system when my gag reflex doesnt allow me to eat solids, and after that i can usually eat something.

yes, i am a whole hot mess. lol
