Like if you’re trying to get healthier good for you, but stop making it everyone else’s problem 💀

Specially because they become moody and don’t like seeing you eat. What do you want me to do? To get on a diet too so you don’t get cravings?

What infuriates me the most is this could be completely avoided if they did the diet correctly instead of just starving themselves. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way you need to lower the calories you’re consuming, you don’t need to eat less. You can actually eat more and lose weight by just reducing the calories in each meal.

But of course not, they prefer to skip meals and then the next time they eat something they consume too much so skipping the meal was for nothing.

Your body isn’t storing more fat at a calorie deficit. Sure, if you eat all your calories at once, a lot of that will be converted to fat if your body doesn’t have an immediate use for it, but you’re going to burn more fat than you gained overall as long as you are consuming less energy than your body needs on a daily basis.

Losing weight is literally a physics problem. You need to just eat less than your body needs and the fat will come off. You just need to make sure you’re having a reasonable amount of protein so your body isn’t cannibalizing your muscles
