I’ve been informed that people outside UK generally don’t know or care (not caring is the correct response BTW.).

Still seems bizarre to me.

    Canadian here. I have some unique insite on this here. I moved to the UK about 10 years ago and this guy started popping up EVERYWHERE. people couldn’t believe I didn’t know who he was. Eventually I did put a few pieces together and realized:

    Oh, this is that weirdo that released rock DJ. The one hit wonder dancing in the music video with his skin peeled off. I had no this guy had an actual career.

    Outside of the UK Robbie williams is known for peeling his skin off and gyrating to a catchy enough pop song that he somehow managed to be a 1 hit wonder instead of a zero hit wonder
