My favorite feature I haven’t seen elsewhere is you can set an alarm as a one-off, so when you dismiss it, the alarm will also be deleted. I like it because if I have an alarm at a random time that I won’t need again it’ll automatically delete itself so all my important alarms (like to wake up) don’t get cluttered.

Other than that, it’s just an regular clock app for me that looks better than the default and actually let’s you swipe between the tabs instead having to tap them (that was my pet peeve)
