Well the sleeping earlier is moot because they also wake you up earlier ( and all through the night) they also prevent naps and other restful activity. I do exercise more and I do eat better, though, because I’ve got high standards for what the kids consume, and they’re insistent I share whatever I have with them. Also no more eating out, it’s all home cooking these years. Also pregnancy and breastfeeding forces years on end of sobriety from alcohol and also drugs (even a lot of medicine and caffeine!)

Where are you getting that people who survive are happy? Happy immediately or over time eventually they’re glad? What about all the people who have multiple attempts? Maybe some are jolted out of their mindset when suicide intervention happens, sure, but how many are just trying to get out of psychiatric care/ suicide watch by agreeing they’re happy now. Also maybe people who don’t succeed are half assing the attempt and of course are happy in the end it didn’t work out. Idk. As someone who attempted this line always rings untrue to me.

I read that if you use a personal device for anything work related in the US, it means your entire personal device (everything on it) can be considered discovery in a lawsuit against that company. Big risk to take.

Like well off people have newer cars, and can afford to fix any code violations, but broke people are just trying to get to work. If I had lost my janky car when I was just starting out, I wouldn’t have been able to ever save up for a nicer safer car. Ugh we just got cut out of our friend group for very similar situation, except the asshole won. He almost cheated on his then fiance, he did screw over his “best friend” my husband, and when he learned my husband had told me about the emotional affair, he manipulated us and everyone, campaigned against us and eventually got us disliked and dropped by everyone. It really sucked, these were lifelong friends. My only hope is that they eventually all see who he is. I doubt it, as it’s been a year and a half, and his now wife just had a baby. I feel the worst for her in the situation.
