Well, containerization can mess with GPU acceleration if you want to use Immich’s auto-description-whatever-function. Also mind that docker runs as root, so don’t just spin up random containers from unknown sources.

Try just using Wireguard and troubleshoot from there
Troubleshooting wireguard is a pain in the ass, it using UDP and all that.

idk about tautulli, and immich can be taxing depending on what you enable I think, but everything else is lightweight. Anyway, did you manage to set up the mountpoint? After that if you run *arr apps, those are likely in docker/podman so you’ll have to add the directory to their configuration.yaml

the arch wiki is a great resource for this kind of thing:
But why aren’t you running sonarr on your NAS instead?

Ok, two things:
1 - Do you NEED to map them? Or do you just need to access them? If they were previously shared with Windows, that means they are SMB shares, which on most file managers can be accessed via the network section or by writing smb://<user>@<address> in the location bar. This doesn’t work perfectly all the time, for example if you want to drag and drop a file from the share onto a browser upload page, it usually doesn’t work.
2 - Have you successfully mounted them with mount already?

Prohibition doesn’t work, I thought we all knew this here on Lemmy

“Claude, make this software more efficient.”
It’s fun. I installed Jellyfin because I’m not always at home and I don’t always have good connections available, so downloading a 4k movie from my NAS is not an option.
Also it infuriates me when THINGS don’t do what I want them to. They’re things and they should adapt to me, not the other way around.

Apparently TeamSystem here in Europe is citing AI among the reasons for reducing its weekly working hours from 36 to 32, without change to the employees salary.
So you get Friday off and get paid the same. That’s how technological progress is supposed to work.
You don’t even need trauma or injury to have issues.
Well, he was in a movie with Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd…
There is a bit of feedback loop there though, some people with age accumulate issues that make it harder for them to stay active

As long as your RAM doesn’t stop working…

Then one day, when everyone is pissed past any limit, some event happens that acts as a catalyst and people flood the streets and start taking things into their own hands. And that kinda sucks tho.
What do you mean separately?
