I just created a send-only mailbox in the account I already have at my hosting service and use this in all my services.

I’m not going to set up a mail server and deal with all the security issues and problems with private dial-up IP addresses myself. Been there, done that. Wasn’t fun.

I use Linux since ca. 2005 and never ever had a program not working because it could not read a user’s $HOME contents.

The programs usually run in user context and have access to the files.

Even if thinking very hard I cannot come up with a scenario where a program that does not run in user context needs access to user files.

To me “OK” is one of the worst button descriptions. Why do I give my OK for? The content of the dialog? That I read it? That I wasn’t to perform an action?

A much better label would be “Confirm and close” because that is what the button does.

Labwc allows for all kinds of menus on root. You can freely define a menu and open it on a click action.

If you ever need to start a line with parens or brackets, consider using a ; right before it, as so many have adopted. Although, there is rarely a case where this would become a necessity.
