Ah yes, make things even more dangerous by forcing people to drive too slow on the highway.
Yeah probably, though more opportunistic than most people probably imagine. They’d likely only hunt when convenient, during migrations or such, and switch to different food sources the rest of the year. That’s how I imagine it at least.
The Starch Runner Hypothesis seems more plausible to me.
If that’s something you want, nobody can stop you.
Just saying it’s not new or miraculous technology 🤷🏼 it’s just a clever and convenient consumer product.
The better we can differentiate consumer trends and marketing from actual technological innovation, the better off we’ll be. cough AI cough
So it’s an overkill blowdrier, got it.
More of a spin on bullshit job I’d say.

Ye, good ol’ bricks.

Cross-laminated timber and bricks.
Which I’m sure are not appropriate in many cases but it’s what I could think of 🤷🏼
I like the St Anne, has a certain je ne sais quoi.

It’s
nothot garbage (and books too).
Ftfy.
From fasces I think, same as fascism.

Banned unless utility is proven.
It’s near Springfield, Massachusetts apparently.

There’s tons of theories on reading skills, but really the only things proven to be important are identifying key information and active recall.
As you read, try and identify the key sentence in each paragraph and mark it (I like to use sticky labels). I also label key paragraphs. After each chapter or so, close the book and try and recall what you’ve just read. (If you’ve properly identified key sentences this will help you remember.) You can write down what you remembered as a summary and check the key sentences to see if there’s anything important you’ve missed.
A very common mistake is re-reading. This feels like work because it’s tedious, but won’t actually help you remember much more if you just reread poorly a second time. The quality of the reading is much more important. Over time you should improve your monitoring whilst reading and you might not need to mark and summarize. Monitoring is checking in with yourself on whether you’re reading properly whilst you’re reading. So during the reading you’ll take mental note of key information and recall what you’ve just read in your head.
Commonplace wonders are no longer wonders though, they should be wonderful relative to contemporaneous creations.
