I have an LG tv and I use the Prime streaming app. I recently started working out after about a year of not. Never googled anything or told anyone or anything, just said out loud to myself to get out my floor mat for pushups and whatnot, and not just use my rug. The very next day, I’m suddenly getting Kachava ads on Prime again, which is a healthy liquid meal thing.

That is a completely retarded statement. Protein is exactly what will fix that. it keeps you much more sated than carbs and sugar, and unless you track it, you probably aren’t eating enough of it.

Protein keeps you sated. It’s not just a muscle thing. Eat more protein, and you’ll eat less overall, and get less fat.

No one eats enough protein. It keeps you sated, and also helps retain and grow muscle if you exercise. For a country everyone calls fat, everyone SHOULD be having more of it.
