Most definitely was funny and I’d most definitely need a recap/“in the last episode” mode for any story games. Otherwise by the time i can play those again, i have already forgotten where the story was and who was who.
Hate fucking is such a contradictory thing that I can’t even fathom how that works.
Like i hate another individual so much, that i want to do one of the most intimate thing possible with another human while being the most vulnerable i can be? It just doesn’t make any sense.

Mom, please get off the internet. It’s not good for you.
For clarification, Just joking. That sentence was one of the most repeated anwsers to everything when i dared to ask how something works from my mother.

That’s a good method, Of course a fixed portion size measurement could be used similarly, like the hole in the pasta spoon.
Just a personal gripe with the portion sizes.
Personally i just eyeball it and eat more or less afterwards based on refined numbers as cooking changes weight and calorie density. Over the years I’ve managed to get the eyeball measurements good enough. And synchronized cooked weight numbers to bodyweight changes.

I hear you, i do hate team based and competitive sports as well. Though those are not only type of sports you can do. There are sports you can do on your own on your own conditions and pace.
Now the main bodyweight changes come primarily from diet. Yes exercise can help with burning extra calories, but that should never be the main goal of it. “You can’t outrun a bad diet” does hold true, especially in moder world with calorie dense foods.
Now for dieting, don’t take it as a diet, because that gives an impression that it’s going to be done for a limited time.
It’s more of a lifestyle change and shouldn’t be done in a one big change. It consist of baby steps spread out over months to years.
Already showing interest into it is the first step. Reducing portion sizes of some junk foods or switching out a single component can be the next step for the next few weeks.
Weight management and calorie intake should be taken as avarages on a scale of weeks to months.
As for training. The muscle pain you describe i assume is DOMs(delayed onset muscle soreness). Yes that will happen every time you put your body through a novel activity that exerts it. That can be reduced, mostly by starting slowly and for future motivation. With consistent training, it can disappear completely.
For example slow pace walking instead of running and slowly over the course of a month or two slowly increasing the tempo until by the end you are running, but minimized the novel stimulus part so that the DOMs would be minimal.
Walking, cycling, elliptical, low impact is good for overall cardio. Personally I’d recommend elliptical machine, mostly because it spreads out the overall load between the whole body and i can watch movies during it making it more interesting.
Other aspect would be resistance training. The most basic training, covering 6 movment types, spread out over 2-3 days is more than enough for overwhelming majority of people. No point to go nuts, with 5-6 days of training to complete failure and then be crippled for the next week and give up/burn out. Slow and steady wins the game. Start slow and ramp up over the course of months to years. Like it took me almost 10 months to go from training barely once a week to 5 times a week and then few more months to solidify the habit and fit it into ny overall life. Nowadays, nearly 4½ years later it’s a rock solid habit.
6 movment types, with examples would be.
Those can be spread out over the course of 2-3 days, doing just 2-3 movments per day. One movment taking somewhere around 15-30 minutes. Staring out doing each movement once per workout to slowly increasing it to 3 times per workout. With repetitions, anything between 5-30 is good enough and has the same results, though preferably staying between 8-12 is better. Mostly because doing deadlifts or squats for 30 reps will exhaust your cardio first rather than target muscles, but doing 5 reps of lat raise can be rather uncomfortable if doing with free weights(dumbbell, barbell)
If you want let me know and i can help you figure out exact movements or alternatives for even doing those at home. No I’m not selling a training plan or am a trainer, just someone with autistic levels of interest in it.

Single serving for who? The serving size measurement seems to be completely arbitrarily made up. You want to say that a petite sedentary women has the same serving size as 2m 100kg active guy? Yeah the first example would eat less than a serving size and latter would eat multiple serving sizes.
But that begs to question. For who was the serving size designed for? Men, women, body type, size, activity level? All of those will change how much a person should eat.

Civilization collapsing doesn’t equal to species end. A gamma ray burst or yeah something that has already happened in the planets past, a big enough asteroid hitting us. Can mean the end of the species.
Of course civilizations collapse should be avoided even just for the reason of avoiding lots of people dying. We shouldn’t completely discard expanding into space either. Our population and civilization is big enough that both things can be done at the same time.
Working towards both will probably provide a better overall goal for common people as well instead of currently working just to line the pockets of CEOs and pedofiles.

Fair, that’s understandable. Though whole new level of tracking.

So if I’m understanding it correctly. They are seeing ads literally in front of them all the time? Like those glasses are playing ads constantly?

That would probably be too close to a tech hobby and considering what some of the tech giants are doing. 3D printing will be labeled under criminal activity

Mini painting, get addicted to plastic crack. Seems to be cheaper than tech hobbies these days.
Completely fair addition. Yeah it’s hard, but probably achievable with consistent and long term training for most men.
There are online calculators or some lifting apps already do that automatically as well. Though personally if anyone asks i do say my current working weight, aka 95kgx8 for bench, even gatekeeping myself with my take.
Of course it counts, the idea is to reduce the amount of people ego lifting and increase how long they work out.
Still count it. Incorrect data is usless. Accurate data showing bad result is still usable.
Kudos to being able to shove down a whole cake, but it can be balanced off by being in a slight deficit for a while or if it doesn’t happen regularly. Then just ignored. Calorie and weight tracking runs on avarages on scale of weeks to months.

It’s probably more of an elaborate marketing campaign with AI videos just with the same model. Basically ad videos.
General recommendation that pops up when going online and searching for basic resistance training. Not specific strength training as yeah recommended rep range for that is lower.
Though my opinion might not be specifically against 1rms, more against ego lifting and 225 bench seems to attract that a lot more than other lifts.
Cleanly preformed reps, even 1rms, are beautiful to watch.
3 would probably be bare minimum to qualify for reps, but the usual 8-12 range might be more appropriate aka working weight. It ensures there are at least some good reps in there. Obviously anything above that is more impressive.
I’d like to see them try that.
