Normal should be subjective normal, -40 is an extreme temp and over 40c is also extreme. I’m talking 5-25c where the lazy math works well enough.
So 20c is 68f proper conversion or 70f with lazy. 30, is 86f proper and 90f lazy. Basically for a normal day the temp is close enough that no one would notice.

I really never found bots to be a problem. Each profile is a crafted (and truth bending) aspect of your life for others to review and I hate how it doesn’t capture the truth of who you really are in person. Dear fellow Americans: Fun tip, lazy (but inaccurate) math is (2x-40c)+30= -50f which when you get to normal ranges works well enough in a margin of error. Or just learn to enjoy the beautiful thing that is Celsius and stop using/converting to Fahrenheit.

Companies claiming 99.9999 uptime is an absurd goal for a SLA, and wouldn’t even survive a small internet outage like a DDoS attack or Akamai outage. I remember in the 90s selling the idea of 5 9’s - 99.999% on my resume until some manager who Interviewed me asked me to state the expected downtime. I stopped claiming that number because it’s impossible without full active redundancy in different locations and not dependent on external providers like cloudflare ever going down.
And please don’t argue maintenance windows “cover it” because that’s not how they work in the real world today.

For my home lab I’m happy my stuff is online and content I hardly lose access when there’s a power outage thanks to my ups. But if I tracked I’d be closer to 95%. Good enough but I can’t wait till I just don’t care to run anything.
I will repeat this over and over. AI is not for you or for me, we are users of the byproduct which is money exchange. Look at search engines, google is perfect example. AI just makes it so that we users can make simple queries and get answers, Google did that too and then became this monster which makes absolutely nothing, but searching the internet is easier and billions in ad revenue.
Some may argue there are some of us power users find beneficial use of AI, but we are small subset of users who in many cases were already smart enough to do the work. I love cowork for that reason, I share code I’ve written, projects with epics and work items and cowork makes the next project just like I did. What took a week, takes hours. Time which I now spend learning the next actual thing, quantum computing.
