Exactly this. I don’t love it but I don’t mind it. Some people really go out of their way to eat it every year. I’ll eat it if it’s offered.

You just want a little bit of the fish, with lots of potato, onion, butter on a flatbread. It ends up just being a bit of umami.

Have you tried using the windows debloat tool to get rid of all the AI and garbage that Win11 comes pre-installed with? Might help with the excessive RAM usage on startup.
