19 days agoSadly, catchy slogans don’t hold up in court. Better to buy from distributors who don’t try to make that claim, like GOG - even if they won’t put Nine Sols on the store to avoid offending many gamers.

Note that this account is meant to be specially prejudicial against instances, communities, users (even admins) who either don’t seem to be acting in good faith or if they claim to do so while being inconsistent or applying a heavy dose of favoritism.
The determination is substance based and involves whether they are condoning harassment or making unevenly applied claims and accusations, not just downvotes.

45·29 days agoIt’s about the cheaper method of cooling, there’s no need for them to have to waste water if they recycled it correctly. It’s really a war about the latest hot investment getting all the socialist policies from the government versus people being milked through do-or-die capitalism by a government that only does the bare minimum to fulfill their obligations to them.
It boggles my mind why Americans and the UK would accept this.

It’s basically at the thought-crime level of threatening, although a bit more real. More importantly, it’s an excuse industries that are threatened can lock on to so they don’t have to worry about low cost alternatives. A metal rod and some gunpowder = ghoster gun.
