How many people with those issues are traveling to this convention though? Besides motion sickness and physical disability, there’s not much limiting those who can already afford the travel and ticket cost as they could also afford a $300 VR headset. Or perhaps a better solution is that it could be done at the same time as the in person convention to grab a additional audience and to lessen the physical costs and load overall. Sorry if my rambling sounds dumb, it was just an idea I didn’t think fully through that I just thought talking out would give me better perspective on.

Now I’m curious about what you’d think about VR conferences, wouldn’t something like that combine the benefits of both, a more personal remote experience without the need of transporting everyone to a center?

Oh no! Not the pop-up AD Smart TV company! The only reason to have Roku today IMO is for those cheap Roku subsidized TVs but only when you keep them completely offline. I truly feel bad for all the people who have them connected to the internet but this is pretty on par for Roku.

IMO it’s quality for the price more than just price, I’ve bought and used so many brands of refillable pods/tank mods and they always have quality problems that just don’t happen with the disposables. For anyone that’s experienced them, all I have to say is e-juice leakage.

That’s fine for airpods but as someone who worked retail, there’s just as many $15 earbuds that break near instantly that have to be thrown away and never fixed. Those things have 3 batteries in them.

Instead of asking why people are buying disposables, ask why nobody is buying those reusable vapes. These disposable companies must be doing quite a few things better if people are willing to throw away money and tech.
