You could always mount these partitions and take a peek at the files, cd and ls with nano / vi on relevant files that are human readable.
Secureboot is my gut feeling, possibly paired with a side of CSM as to what’s prohibiting your system from booting. Could be the /boot partition is cooked too but looks like it’s at least there and listed.

Believe the same thing as you are experiencing has happened to me on my x99-WS-IPMI board due to its age. Hopefully the CMOS battery is easy enough for you to replace on your board, if that’s the failure.
Great point on the cmos battery. Always a fun game remembering what the bios setting were to have booting again. CSM can also be an arsehole here.
In a live enviornment does the disk show any partitions? Maybe your boot partition is somehow corrupted.
From the terminal in the live enviornment run lsblk

Thought that heat lamps might get rid of the chill factor?
I have 3+ meter ceilings in all rooms including the bathroom, and the heat lamps are a godsend in winter.
I’m looking to renovate the bathroom over the coming years and thought that an open space shower might be a great addition but maybe we will reconsider.
I do like the Japanese prefab wet bathroom units, but not sure if they are available here, nor if the other half would approve.

Kicked around in my rack without the screen housing, or the bottom housing for a few years. Didn’t have ethernet, so I grabbed a M.2 a+e to Ethernet adaptor which worked a champion.
Until I let it short out on the tray it was resting on, wasn’t expensive and replaced it with a cheap erying ES motherboard.
If you aren’t using the wifi onboard you may be able to remove that M.2 a+e and install a dual sata m.2
