Not really specific. Quite some counties have regulations and protections for their workers. I want to point out that the “default” option shouldn’t be displayed as the norm, even if it is common, because it is the worst possible option. So my salaried ass just can say “no” to any requests to look at stuff at 2 am in the morning without any repercussions. If they want me to do that, that has to be negotiated and has to be paid separately.
