We know it’s not AI in the original sense of the word, but we don’t exactly know what intelligence is either.
Human brains are but electricity going over logic gates, which boils down to ‘pile of math’ as well.

That’s it - you’re under a rest.
Companies like Ninja charge premium for everything. Air fryers are stupid cheap otherwise, which makes sense for what they are (heating element, fan and a drawer).

Using a lot of ms services at work. If I leave 10 tabs open, I get 10 individual login popups in the morning. I like to assume there is some reason behind this I’m too dumb to understand, because it is very obviously not good UX and very annoying.

Didn’t this come to law in California already? Really infuriating that there’s actual possibility of 3d printers being regulated this way.

We can’t really produce enough heat through industry to affect the earth globally, if that’s what you meant. It’s insignificant in comparison to what the Sun provides.
However there is undeniably localised issues caused by these insane structures.
Hey Claude, run this command for me.
Next day in news: LLM blamed for deleting a production database

I have hacked into 192.168.1.254 and planted malware, that should teach op!
For some probably unrelated reason, my NAS has gone down

Presumptuous and incorrect. They have made a big dent already. Entire communities abandoned and dev teams disbanded. No-one is willing to share links publicly anymore. Thus my point - hosting their pirated content on any site that wishes to operate or be accessed from US, EU or the UK would be committing a suicide by defending, or even not taking action on their dmca requests.

Have you seen what happens to ANY website hosting pirated Nintendo content? How many of them are still online?

I am not so sure this situation would be much better on other services. Nintendo could steamroll smaller companies.
Well, at least someone put a bit of elbow grease into that tomfoolery.

Absolutely nothing, plus 7zip can be faster with better compression.
Well, apparently it can do some recovery of corrupted .rar, but who uses that format anyway

‘We don’t serve your kind around here’
- the web server, probably
If you take it slow, the 3rd season starts airing next month :)
Definitely worth if you’ve liked the books, it really puts the size of things into perspective (visually)

In the old sense of the word, we don’t have an actual AI yet, but it’s true that LLM and AI have become interchangeable.
Didn’t they go through a lot of effort to not have to have many testers?
They have rolling releases and preview channels for regular users to bugtest for them.
All this money can now be spent where it matters - on a new yacht
Silo. Loved the books, the show is good too.
Postapocaliptic isolated society kind of thing with a mystery aspect, for those unaware. Lots of twists.
Makes it awkward unlocking the phone at work, but at least it’s secure
