If people want to use a service you’re putting in the effort (and money) hosting, they can put in the effort to learn how to access it, however you choose. Otherwise they can kick rocks.

But those are still funny/weird though
To you. And to me. Not to my parents, and I doubt many others.
It’s kind of wild how inevitable the cycle seems to be of every generation thinking, so confidently, that they have the unique recipe to all the best things and that all other generations had/have everything wrong.
I can’t judge anyone for finding Skibidi Toilet funny or amusing. I watched more than my fair share of YTMND, Badger Badger, and Salad Fingers.

I like dokuwiki.
What makes you think it’s AI text?
Wasn’t Eufy caught uploading data workout consent? Memory is a little fuzzy but I believe it was something like thumbnails being stored in an insecure cloud whether you liked it or not.
Aren’t they kind of just being honest about what all websites do anyway? Hell, most places you pay for are still tracking you and selling your data, so frankly this may be an upgrade over other services.
It’s genuinely concerning how many people are saying here that they don’t consider themselves as good people.
Can’t tell if this is a joke, but it’s Moby not Beck.

11·19 days agoTheir title and post mention VPNs multiple times. The P is Private. They also mention wanting to use their own storage, again implying privacy. Their entire post implies they care about privacy.

82·19 days agoRecommending Eufy to someone specifically asking for privacy focused suggestions is wild.
They were caught, and admitted to, lying about being offline only, and storing unencrypted thumbnails, if memory serves. They got fined for it and I’m sure they say they’re doing better but how can you trust them after that?
I would avoid Eufy given the context of post, OP.

I hate that I can’t tell if this was a real RFK quote.

3·23 days agoI appreciate you taking the time to write this out, but I knew all of that and didn’t really address the question. I was asking why the commenter above mine was using an auth service, like Keycloak, on LAN.
It has been answered a few times, thanks.

7·23 days agoOut of curiosity, what is the advantage of using something like this on LAN only?

So you got through character creation in each game?
