What are you even arguing, FSD is a programmed feature in their cars and according to the black box of the car it was turned on at the time of the accident. Period. Read the article.
What your* opinion on what actually constitutes full self driving is completely irrelevant here.

Oh then I misinterpreted this line to mean the opposite, my bad!
Not for long though I think, then it shuts off.

That’s your opinion, not a truth

I want to believe you, because that’s the sensible way of handling user input. But here’s a forbes article about another incident:
There are four ways to disengage FSD – pressing the accelerator is not one:
- Press the brake pedal.
- If equipped, move the gear stalk upward.
- If equipped, press the right scroll wheel on the steering wheel.
- Take over (grab and jerk) the steering wheel and steer manually.

I don’t think this is true, resources suggest you only override the speed of the FSD

? The article makes it clear the car was in FSD mode, but he passed out and was pressing the accelerator pedal

A name I haven’t seen a while
Preposterous
We cannot have people enjoying themselves now can we

A few weeks ago we joined a yearly walk of a little more than 30km around a city (Ronse, Belgium), which has been done there for almost a thousand years and my family for at least 30.
I was saying this exact thing, people here must be more healthy on average right? Doing that distance yearly, preparing, but also giving motivation for other walks must have an impact region wide!
All hail testi-cles!
You’re a dimension short, this was shot on the South-Sudan to Uganda border where they use space-time curvature spiraling intersections to easily swap left hand to right hand traffic. Demonstrated in my simulations:

Don’t overthink it, the usual format is they’re crossing; each going opposite directions. Flipping the bottom panel just insinuates they’re doing the same thing

Yeah OP definitely has another problem, probably a battery issue. I’ve had the same experience as you; tested it, found it pretty useless, never used the app again but never had any problems with it.
I’ve always learned it comes from damaged hair cells inside the ear, how could it be anything but physical? Very surprised it can be picked up with a microphone in an anechoic chamber though
I’ve been running Navidrome + Symfonium for over 3 years and it replaced Spotify. The only thing they have over my setup is a near infinite number of playlists. But I do everything myself now, I’ve reconnected with my music.
My main issue with Spotify was no lossless audio at the time, and many tracks weren’t on there, if they were they had a habit of disappearing. Now I can listen to any track, remix, bootleg, and even the 1700+ tracks my friend digitised from his vinyl collection until perpetuity.
Symfonium, btw, is truly the best music streaming app, the customizability is beyond anything I’ve seen
