Yeah I noticed it seemed to be different recently. Used to watch every video he put out but it’s definitely changed :(

My city has a bunch of those free food boxes scattered around and I’ve never seen the vandalism like you’re talking about. I wonder if there’s a difference in environment that could be causing that. I bet if the churches kept stocking them and not giving up eventually the vandalism would stop just like it did with the little free libraries

I’ve heard navidrome is good. I use plexamp right now but might eventually switch. For the normal user, however, that’s too complicated.

You actually use this? I just looked into it and the idea seems interesting, but I’m not sure how they deal with copyright issues with sharing. Seems like it has an extremely small user base so maybe nobody has come after them yet?

Between that, having high bit rate music, and last I recall being the music streaming platform that pays the actual artist the most, Tidal is making a strong case for being the best platform out there.

A good reminder of how temporary things are. Makes you ponder about what truly matters.
