Acetaminophen is supposed to be taken every 4-6 hours while ibuprofen is 6-8 hours. When I’ve really needed serious pain relief I’ve waited maybe 5 hours between acetaminophen doses and 7 hours for ibuprofen. Because they’re staggered there isn’t a period where one of them wasn’t working unless the maximum daily dose is hit. I made sure didn’t happen by waiting longer between doses when I could.

Just listen to your professionals.

I wish. I’ve talked to my doctors dozens of times about sometimes needing something stronger for pain relief and not one of them has mentioned combining these two drugs. Instead I had to find out about them by coming across an article on pain relief.

Forgot to mention that the important thing to keep in mind is the maximum daily dose - 4,000mg for acetaminophen and 3,200mg for ibuprofen.

Don’t alternate, take them together and take the maximum dose (on the label) of each. It makes a massive difference.

You can safely stack some types of pain medications because they work in completely slightly different ways. Ibuprofen + acetaminophen are much more effective than either one by itself. IMO the combination at maximum dose of each is just as effective as prescription pain medication.

One more thing - check your cable. If I’m remembering correctly it’s the high frequency electrical noise generated by USB 3.0 ports that causes the problem. USB 2.0 cables block those frequencies so the dongles will work.

If you end up replacing it, in my experience Hamgeek coordinators work much better than Sonoff.

Do you have it plugged directly into the USB port? I had to buy a USB extension because my Sonoff dongle wouldn’t behave without it.

Avoid TP-Link wifi bulbs. The ones I bought reboot again and again if their constant reports to China are blocked. TP-LInk and their employees do not need to know when I’m home and when I’m on vacation.

I replaced them with inexpensive Thirdreality Zigbee bulbs and they have worked perfectly for over a year.

In the US we have a type of organized crime run by health insurance companies.

Corporations like United Healthcare charge huge monthly premiums then consistently refuse up to 30% of valid claims. They make the appeals process so difficult and time consuming most people never successfully appeal a denial. These companies routinely murder thousands of people each year for money, but since they pay off our lawmakers there are zero repercussions and they’re free to continue their murderous activities year after year.

The only difference between this and any other type of organized crime is the profits are legal due to those payoffs, and in part thanks to Citizen’s United and our crooked SCOTUS justices.
