Yes, there aren’t many calendars, and most don’t do much.

Being a landlord is a job, not an investment, unless you’d plan on being a slumlord. Costs are unpredictable, and you’d need to learn about your legal obligations to your tenants to ensure that you didn’t open yourself up to a lawsuit.

Oh, yeah. I liked the old one’s looks, but it was so slow.

I don’t use any memes.

Noctalia 5 isn’t based on Quickshell.

Been using it with Wayfire. It’s so lightweight. Barely uses any resources. I switched from XFCE.

Might be nice to read ebooks on.

I think part of it is that the concept of teaching yourself things or learning on your own seems to be vanishing.

I used to work in an adjacent field, and what got me interest was demonstrable skills, background at a vet clinic, and lots of animal rescue work.
Expensive certification courses are a scam, IMO.
When you discuss potential clients’ needs with them, how you approach that, and how trustworthy you seem, will determine whether people move from being interested to actually hiring you.

German Christmas is the best Christmas.

Lots of times, because I was single. It was fine.

I think it was mostly laziness on her part.
She always said that if we wanted to go to college, we had to do it all ourselves, because she wasn’t going to help.
When my bro was in high school, he took the bus. Starting community college meant she’d have to drive him or buy him his own car, which I’m sure she didn’t want to do.
But, you’re right, she might also have resented that my dad bought me a car .
She’s such a bizarrely dishonest person, it’s difficult to understand her motivations.
Where I live, I don’t think there are any cars sold new for a price that low. I don’t think we have that kind of export market, either.
Where are your cars exported to that people are willing to pay so much for a car that needs so much work?
I had a manager who told me that he and his wife both bought new cars every year. He said this while lecturing me for requesting time to take my car to the shop.
When I said I couldn’t afford a new car, his response was that he and his wife saved so much in repair bills, they couldn’t afford not to.

There are so many things.
After I was in a car accident in college, my mom convinced me that it was too risky to take my car to a shop in the city where I lived, so I let her take it to her own mechanic.
Months went by, and every time I asked about it, she claimed it was still at the shop and she had no idea why it was taking so long.
After I lost both my jobs because I didn’t have reliable transportation, I found out that my mom hadn’t taken my car to the shop.
She had been letting my younger brother, who still lived at home, drive my (unrepaired!) car to community college so she didn’t have to give him a ride.

I guess you have to decide if you would regret it more if you didn’t pursue your passion, or if you did and the financial sacrifice was too great.
Price Squirrel is such a great name.
