Yea just Windows for now, but still pretty messed up that they would attempt to hijack that discovery mechanism for malware, and that Windows is just like “sure!”

Don’t worry, these companies are working on a way around that, too. https://vi-control.net/community/threads/lg-monitors-silently-trigger-malware-installation-on-windows.173754/

Keep at it. Did you know most gambling addicts day traders quit right before their big jackpot trade? If you quit, all that sunk cost will have been for nothing.
Real talk. How much money have you made in the past 2 months, and how many hours of the day has working been on your mind. One of the benefits of a normal job is that at 5pm, you can stop thinking about it. If you include all the time you spend worrying, are you ahead of someone working for tips as a bartender? Don’t compare how someone presents themselves externally to how you feel inside, that’s unfair, but do look at your actual hourly rate, and think if working at starbucks might be a less stressful way to make almost as much money.

Didn’t realize the word salsa is still so triggering for some racists. SMH.

That’s probably exactly what they did, deployed a sbc + some off the shelf model and increased the price 300x by making a black plastic shell.

I got 16 gb on my W11 laptop, and I’m regularly bouncing off the 13 gb point where swap/ compression/ whatever kicks in and shit gets slow, doing relatively benign shit like browsing the web, YouTube and Gmail open, and vscode running working on some python shit. On 8 gb I’d probably have to use my phone for everything except vscode to get it to fit. It’s not the lightest possible workload, but it shouldn’t be slamming swap so regularly.

But what about the Tahini?
As someone who has both worked at pizza shops and eaten a lot of what pizza shops think are ‘good’ vegan pizza, respectfully, pizza shops are some of the worst at developing vegan pizzas I’ve ever seen. Most homemade vegan pizzas are twice as good as what you can get out and about. They aren’t trying. They say to themselves “vegan cheese?! Nasty!” Then think they’re in any position to develop a good product.
But most heat we reject isn’t rejected radiatively, so you need a sweaty heater pack for a better test. You’re right that the clothes will also affect how well the person underneath removes heat, a confounding variable, but pigment alone might be a small part compared to weave and fiber choices
