    Me, on the other hand, realizing being outgoing and extraverted wasn’t my personality. It was a combination of masking and people-pleasing due to trauma and undiagnosed ADHD.

      Honestly, it’s a bit situational, personally. My default is definitely introverted with a healthy dose of masking/people pleasing, but in the right group, holy shit is a bit of free expression a sigh of relief when it’s not shut down like it would likely be in a “normal” social situation.

    I’m hiding in the shed from family and I just saw a tiny baby opossum, spiky headed and too slow/fast for photos, so that’s a trauma response that worked out, lol
