Another dish was a dessert with green ants. They tasted like fizzy lime, and there were heaps of them on both dishes. I’ve also seen a green ant gin here for sale also.

Is “ant farmer for Michelin star restaurants” a job that is hiring? It seems like it might actually be pretty fun?
The hard part of being an ant farmer is getting the tiny lasso around them when it’s herdin’ season.
That’s not as difficult as harvesting moth balls. It’s so hard to get their tiny legs apart!
