There are a lot of those and they’ve been around for a few years. Putin’s regime is famous for doing this.
Fake news websites have been around for years, yes. What’s different here, is that this is a website, that’s not meant for human consumption. It’s sole purpose is to provide tainted training data for chatbots. So that the names of certain individuals are more strongly associated with positive attributes than with negative ones.
