  • Yeah, had a good few years where we did a lot of Nos, we’re getting tanks of it from Bristol PA, $130 for a 20lber. I used to drive down, fill up two, and show up to a party and absolutely kill the mood. Went from loud people being silly to half of the partygoers up in a bedroom wonking out. I say that with a fondness too, it was silly.

And it went great with acid, k, and MDMA. I’d say K was the most frequent mixture for me, mainly because you could do nitrous and K, sober up for an hour, drink some Gatorade and a 5-hour energy, and you’re straight up good to go, it was almost disturbing, and it led to some abuse.

Those days are long gone, but I’ll never besmirch people exploring their brains. Just do it safely.

  • Being below average height is where it’s at. I rarely bump my head on anything. I’m a smaller target for gunfire (am American). I have never had an issue finding clothes or shoes in my size. The world is built for me. And I guess 5’8 ain’t too short, but it’s below average, and so I’ve accepted it.

  • I’m from Jersey, which I call the California of the East coast (just tiny), and despite our size, the differences between north, central, south, northwest, west, Hudson/Essex, shore, are all incredibly well defined. I always get a kick out of folks from outside the US lumping all of us together. Like, I can’t even lump myself in with people 50 miles in literally any direction.

  • I live in Jersey (New), but a friend of ours is from Scotland, our kids are all the same age. He and his family (when they were over for the World Cup) are all just super easy to shoot the shit with. Soft-spoken and an accent makes them difficult to understand at times, but cool people. Got nothing but good things to say about the Scots based off my limited experience.

  • Do the medals mean anything? I did the military thing and have some medals and ribbons, and they each have specific meaning. Anyone can look at a picture and go to a wikipedia article and basically see when I served, what I did, etc. Are these just decoration? The US military is pretty active (unfortunately). I don’t exactly see North Korea getting out there and fighting wars in the same fashion, so as to warrant such well decorated members.
