Thank you, my vpn is always running whether I’m on their wifi or mine.

When I’m in a store and the employee tells me, “Just install our app!”, I ask for their wifi password. I’m not going to pay for my data to help them do their job.

I miss my cast iron. Got a set of rusty saucepans and a rusty frying pan in a garage sale about forty years ago. Scrubbed and cleaned and seasoned them and used them to feed the family, took some camping and cooked over a campfire, they were so durable and reliable. Gave them away a few years ago when they got too heavy for my arthritis to be able to handle them.

As an almost 60 year old :

• look after your teeth. Brush after every meal
• eat properly. A bit of junk food occasionally is fine, but don’t overdo it
• exercise regularly. You don’t have to be an athlete if you don’t want to, but keep your body strong and active
• don’t smoke. Anything, ever.
• put some money aside regularly for your retirement, and never touch it until then
