Dude! I thought the same thing when I was writing that!

I visited NYC with a buddy around 1987, and he had a friend that worked maintenance in the WTC. He showed us around a bit, including the observation deck. Then he checked a nondescript door, and it opened. He told us to follow him, and we walked up the steps to open roof top!
There were a few other people around, and it wasn’t prohibited to go up there, but it was closed most of the time due to weather and wind, so they didn’t promote it, and even he had never been up there.
I stood in one place and took a series of photos in a circle, a pre-digital panoramic shot. It was a cloudy day, but I could see the entire city. Those photos are buried somewhere, but when I find them, I’ll scan and post them.

Musk should have to write a check for $1 billion to her.
I’m not kidding. That’s how we have to punish billionaires. Every infraction is a minimum $1 billion payout to each person.

Nah, he’s still kicking, I see him going around flogging the books his slaves write.
I read a couple of his own books years ago, and they were awful. The only reason I read two was because the first one was so bad, I thought it had to be an outlier. Turns out, No.
The upside of his new plantation publishing strategy, is that perhaps his writing slaves are better writers than he is. I wouldn’t know, I don’t care enough to bother to find out.

James Patterson is a hack. Now he has other hacks write the books, and slaps his name above theirs. The most disgusting literary development in history.
The issue is that AI can actually have useful purposes, but we know that those managing it don’t give a single flying fuck about that. They only want it for the most nefarious purposes possible.
We should be using AI to make nice flyers for school events, not tracking the movements and personal finances of every person. Unfortunately, since they only want to use AI to enslave us, we have to surrender all the positive things it could do.
Just have the kids in the art department design the flyers.

It’s not even the glasses alone, it’s that it’s one more major part of the ENTIRE surveillance state that is growing around us. It is being sold to us as this great new future, but we are all very aware of what they really intend to do with it, which is enslave us in every way possible.
They are denying it, of course, claiming that this will make our futures easier, and more fun, but we KNOW these people, and they are not interested in making our lives easier or more enjoyable. Just the opposite, in fact. They want us working every second of our miserable lives to increase their personal profits. To them, that’s ALL we are good for.
To us, they have ALL the money and power. Let’s take that from them before they use it to kill everyone who resists them, because we all KNOW that’s what’s coming.

Whatever you do, just don’t forget the sunscreen.
He’s already conditioned to perform behaviors for treats, so teach him to hit on something different, like your mom’s vibrator collection. He’ll starts barking inssessently every time he hears buzzing.

If a Democrat said something that stupid, MAGA would be blowing it up as if it were the official opinion of the DNC and Every democratic candidate.
So that’s what the Dems should do here. Amplify this post widely, and claim that it the new MAGA policy - all entry level workers have to PAY to work, until your company deems you valuable enough to convert you to an unpaid position.
Congratulations! It’s like getting a scholarship. Only took six years before you are now eligible to hold a paying position, except there aren’t any, any we have to make room for new paying recruits, so you’re no longer required. Now you can take your valuable experience to some other company, but they won’t hire you because they’ve got their own pipeline to choose from.
Sociopathic Oligarchs are going to LOVE the concept of the workers paying THEM. Dems need to tell the world that THIS is the future MAGA employment environment, and make them deny it.

He had nothing to do with that. In fact, every intelligence source in the world was taken by surprise when the Soviet Union not only fell, but also that it happened so quickly, and with fairly little bloodshed. NOBODY saw it coming.
It happened on his watch, but not because of him, but Conservatives like to take credit anyway.

Historians generally like to wait about a decade after a president leaves office before they start evaluating his presidency. Some policies take time to bloom, and there might be policies that later make that administration look better, or worse.
In Trump’s case, he was such a terrible president, that historians pretty much installed him in last place immediately after his first term. Obviously, his second term has only confirmed what historians concluded already.
It’s not just because his policies have been so terrible, although that alone would bury him, it’s also the fact that he’s a proven Traitor in multiple ways (the Jan 6 coup, the false electors plot, stolen documents, foreign collusion, bribery from hostile nations, etc).
He is such a terrible president, that even Biden’s ranking has suffered, because he allowed MAGA to rise again, and allowed Trump to regain power.
He is EASILY the worst president in history, and that is before the fact that he is likely to end up in prison or even executed, has been factored in.

Not even close.

When this is over, we have to pass a law making it illegal to name anything after Donald Trump, with one exception: Sewage Treatment Plants. Then people who live nearby can say things like “Wow, Trump smells particularly bad today.”
But seriously, we have to make sure nothing can ever be named after him.

Every decade or so, I buy a spool of twist tie cable, with a little cutter on it. It gives me twist-ties of any length I want. It’s super handy.
I gave a spool to my Father-In-Law, and you’d think it was the greatest gift he’d ever received.

It’s so crazy, it might just work!

I’m a fat guy from a fat family, and that was fucken funny.
It’s up to us. We have to force our representatives to enforce justice, or we will, and it will include those who denied us justice.
