Patel said the change allows applications from people who have been victims of these crimes to be considered. Before the shift, Patel said, people who were “on either side” of crimes including “prostitution, bestiality and trafficking” were “automatically disqualified.”

“Whose side of what, the bestiality?” Kennedy asked. “So you disqualified the animal?”

    …

“Why would you even get into bestiality?” Kennedy asked. He added: “If Joe participated in bestiality, not as the animal, but as the human, don’t you think he ought to be disqualified?”

“If he voluntarily did it, sure,” Patel said…

technically they’re not wrong in that if you were sex trafficed even as a minor you likely have been convicted of sex crimes because apparently our legal system is designed to arrest and charge the person performing sex acts and not the person buying the sex act or the person who chained a minor to a bed to be raped for their source of income, but the neater solution would be to stop arresting and charging minors who are being sex trafficed with a crime.

So normally beastility would be a disqualification for employment in the FBI, but for some unknown reason Kash Patel is removing that restriction. Kash Patel supports beastiality.
