Under the previous trends, Windows 12 should be surprisingly good - every other version was. I expect they’ve refined their development methodology, though, and inconsistent behavior such as good releases will no longer be tolerated.

If you can function adequately on 5, there is another 1.5 hours of gaming time available.
Just kidding. Get the sleep you need so your brain will function well for longer and you can get those missed hours of fun back when your kids don’t require all your attention.

I liked the idea of those, but it would have been an unreadable blur until I got glasses on and the one on my nightstand was close enough to read easily without them.

Do you call it Chalmers?

Well, we can’t be sure if it happened before since the old hall of records next to it was destroyed in 1962. 🤷

Is the pattern you thinking everyone is like you?

It’s not hard to not leave your home, either, yet most people do it every day.

My first thought was, “Well, just don’t buy a TV with those features,” but that’s becoming increasingly hard to do.
Loose cannons are notoriously hard to aim…

Win8 was so bad they backed away and made Win10 more like Win7. Win11 is a nightmare I only have on my work computer. Every update makes it a little bit worse.

I’ve never come across this before, and I am completely unsurprised it exists.

Back in the old days, 1999 to 2001, there was a website where people posted TV commercials, watched them, and commented on them. This treasure trove of free advertising and feedback was taken down due to copyright infringement.

Firestarter with Drew Barrymore is a movie with pyrokinesis.
Also, I don’t see a lot of books in here, but Alan Deal Foster’s Flinx series is about a telepath.

Search for anker recalls. They have had plenty of dangerous recalls for bad batteries. I have multiple of their products and have been pretty happy overall, but there is a risk.
More like, “Yeah, that was my best work.”

I’ve been using duck for at least 3 years, probably closer to 6 or 7. When I first used it, its searches were okay, but if I couldn’t find what I was looking for a quick trip to Google would fix that. I felt like it improved slightly over some time, but also Google got a lot worse. Now with the AI proliferation, I never bother going to Google, and duck is still better than it was a year or two ago. Their AI has about a 20 or 30% success rate for me, but I just use it as a top search if I use it at all. I would love it if the results didn’t change when I run the same search 2 minutes apart, though.
I had that going when I was younger. Premature greying and no lines on my face, I went to a carnival game where they guess age, weight, or height, and he basically just gave me a prize.
Sure, and you have radio waves and microwaves, but you also have VHF and UHF TV, ULF radio for submarines, and even radio stations are given by their frequency (even if people these days don’t think about what those numbers refer to).
Be warned, he might just think you’re canadian and being polite.
